　　大家好!我现在好紧张! 听到掌声或许会好点。

　　说起服务，我不想充满激情的在这里给大家发表演讲，我只想冷静的把我对精品服务的理解作一简单阐述。

　　精品服务首先是以客户为中心的理念的具体实现，其次精品服务要以丰富的金融产品为内容，最后精品服务要由精英人才来落实。

　　以客户为中心是我们的理念，精品服务是我们的目标，服务质量的好坏直接关系到中国银行的兴衰成败，为广大客户提供最优质的服务是以客户为中心的理念的具体实现。

　　中国银行发展的明天不是昨天和今天量的重复，而是质的飞跃。可以预料，信息网络技术的飞速发展及其与金融全球化的高度紧密结合，将使全球金融发展进入一个新的历史时期——网络金融时代。这是一个对金融服务业极富挑战性的时代，传统意义上的银行业正渐渐离我们运去，新世纪的银行服务内容需要我们共同探索和建造。

　　在数据大机集中处理和综合业务系统应用的基础上，采用综合柜员制，任何网络化、标准化产品和服务都可以在营业柜台实现，并由一个柜员负责处理每笔业务的全过程。未来的银行服务还将通过网络像水、电、气一样普遍地深入到广大居民的生活，随开随用，一个页面、一个电话就将完成其所需的基本服务。“一窗式”服务将成为未来银行营业界面提供的最基本的服务模式。

　　随着现代信息技术在银行业的广泛应用，一方面，银行传统的诸如存款、转帐、汇款等业务将逐渐被计算机网络所替代，网络银行、手机银行、电话银行中心(call center)、电子商务和网上支付结算等虚拟银行将获得迅速发展，改变传统银行人与人互动的一对一服务模式，而成为人与机器不受时间和地点的自助服务。另一方面，一些高智慧的诸如综合理财、财务顾问、投资银行业务等个性化极强的金融服务已初露端倪。银行不仅可以为广大客户提供全天候、全功能、标准化的金融服务，而且可以为重点客户提供高知识含量、个性化的特殊金融服务。

　　在基本服务的基础上，不断增加服务项目，力求为广大客户提供附加服务、便利服务、支撑服务和超值服务，最大限度地满足客户需求：推行营业站立服务、微笑服务，规定服务时限和服务流程，实现规范化服务等服务内容。

　　我来一个现场调查：前面这位同志，你说这些服务有用吗?

　　未来银行将是知识型银行。未来的银行既不是劳动密集型产业，也不是资金密集型产业，而是信息、知识密集型产业。决定银行业竞争胜负的主要因素将不再是高楼大厦、资金规模和机构网点，而是银行全员的高素质和知识化。管理层不仅要有驾驭全局的能力和丰富的业务管理经验，而且要成为信息技术应用的指引司机和沟通的桥梁，实现对技术的高效管理和决策信息的熟练应用。可以预料，未来的银行员工是熟悉业务的科技人员和熟悉科技的业务人员的统一体，不存在纯粹意义上的科技人员和业务人员。银行未来的业务发展是人脑+电脑的集合体，是技术+智力的产品组合，是实体银行与虚拟银行的并存发展。精品服务需要精英人才来落实。

　　什么才是精英人才呢?我看在座各位十分钟内没有打瞌睡的都够格。

　　另外一点：精品服务不仅仅是双向的，它是万向的。世界是个统一体，何况我们中行!管理层|、后勤，科技，前台，客户，等等，是不是只有我们大家互相做好优质服务才能为客户提供精品服务?

　　as you slowly open your eyes, look around, notice where the light comes into your room; listen carefully, see if there are new sounds you can recognize; feel with your body and spirit, and see if you can sense the freshness in the air.

　　yes, yes, yes, it‟s a new day, it‟s a different day, and it‟s a bright day! and most importantly, it‟s a new beginning for your life, a beginning where you are going to make new decisions, take new actions, make new friends, and take your life to a totally unprecedented level.

　　in your mind’s eye, you can see clearly the things you want to have, the paces you intend to go, the relationships you desire to develop, and the positions you aspire to reach.

　　you can hear your laughters of joy and happiness on the day when everything happens as you dream. you can see the smiles on the people around you when the magic moment strikes. you can feel your face is getting red, your heart is beating fast, and your blood is rushing all over your body, to every single corner of your being!

　　you know all this is real as long as you are confident, passionate and committed! and you are confident, you are passionate, you are committed!

　　you will no longer fear making new sounds, showing new facial expressions, using your body in new ways, approaching new people, and asking new questions.

　　you will live every single day of your life with absolute passion, and you will show your passion through the words you speak and the actions you take.

　　you will focus all your time and effort on the most important goals of your life. you will never succumb to challenges of hardships.

　　you will never waver in your pursuit of excellence. after all, you are the best, and you deserve the best!

　　as your coach and friend, i can assure you the door to all the best things in the world will open to you, but the key to that door is in your hand. you must do your part. you must faithfully follow the plans you make and take the actions you plan; you must never quit and you must never fear. i know you must do it, you can do it, you will do it, and you will succeed! now stand firm and tall, make a fist, get excited, and yell it out:

　　ladies and gentlemen , good afternoon! i‟m very glad to stand here and give you a short speech. today my topic is “youth”. i hope you will like it , and found the importance in your youth so that more cherish it.

　　first i want to ask you some questions: 1、 do you know what is youth? 2、 how do you master your youth? youth

　　youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind it is not rosy cheeks , red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions : it is the freshness ; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life .youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease. this often existsin a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 . nobody grows old merely by a number of years . we grow old by deserting our ideals.

　　years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul .worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .

　　whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being „s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what‟s next and the joy of the game of living . in the center of your heart and my heart there‟s a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .

　　when the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.

　　尊敬的各位评委、老师、同学们，大家下午好!

　　首先，我非常地感谢校组织给了我一个锻炼自己的机会，我也未能参加这次演讲比赛感到无比地自豪。今天，我所要演讲的题目是“我的大学”。

　　起先，我想谈谈自我来到大学之后的感触与想法。

　　刚进入大学我们都参加了军训，那对于我来说是第一次带着苦涩与汗水的美好留恋，军训，让我明白了什么事团结与不懈，它在我的大学生活中平添了几分自信与勇气。伴随着社团的招新与一项项层出不穷的比赛，使原本就对大学充满无限崇高理想和五笔美好憧憬的我，对大学也就有了更近一步的定义。

　　斗转星移，岁月如梭，回首间，恍如昨日的一幕却已相隔半年之久，时光总在人们不经意间悄悄溜走。如今，站在这里，我更加地知道我的大学拉开帷幕已经很久了。

　　大学，梦想萌芽的地方，它可以是学习的殿堂，也可以是放纵的温床，关键是看自己如何珍惜这个积累和锻炼的机会。大学，我要用我的热情去营造，。他是竞争的舞台，是明天起跳的踏板。我的大学，我将用绚烂的红色激情去面对一切的挑战，用理性来灌溉我的梦想。

　　首先，规划好自己的人生。

　　大学生活的本质也是见人见智的，但有些内容却是公认的，那就是掌握好专业知识，做好职业规划。大学——人生的黄金时代，纵然有迷惘的时候，纵然有失落的时候，但积极向上乃是生活的主旋律。合理规划好人生最美好的时光，把握自己，创造辉煌。大学里，应该有两件事是主导我们大学生涯。一个就是学习，另一个就是社会工作，或者称是课余生活。大一的选择可能就决定了整个大学生活的轨迹，不管是充实地度过大学生活好事为了走好人生的每一步，一个明确的计划正确的规划尤为重要。前路总是充满着机遇与变数，若是能够及早的做好充分的思想准备，应付起来应该会更加的从容淡定。大学，时值风华正茂，可谓寸阴寸金，浪费不得。凡是预则立不预则废，提前为自己的未来勾画蓝图，有意识有重点的培养自己，终会踏实成稳。

　　其次，要懂得把握机遇，珍惜在校的美好时光。

　　宝剑峰自磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来。大学期间的每一次经历，每一滴汗水都将为自己的成功增加砝码。大学，不是天堂，也不是娱乐场，而是步入职业前充电加油的场所，学校将我们送上通往成功的大道，但真真的成功只能依靠自己脚踏实地的努力。大学生，首先是学生，学习是我们的天职、重心和发展的根基。这句话应该成为在校学子们的座右铭，送该我自己也与大家共勉。

　　我的大学，我的青春，我的色彩，我的懵，不浪费在留恋处，不虚度在奢华中，不沉醉于甜梦里，不错过于五指间不贪图享受，年轻的誓言不允许我们懈怠，付出才能期待回报，不要吝啬汗水，不要虚度年华，天道酬勤。大一，就如万物复苏的春天，需要一段适应期，而大二、大三就像是盛夏时节，我们就像是多多花蕾在充足的阳光与水分中贪婪地吸收着大地的养料尽情地绽放。大四，则如收获的秋天，丰收了多少也就意味着我们为之付出了多少。未雨绸缪，远瞩，让我们用自己的双手去创造美好的明天。

　　第三：大学里。我们要学做最好的自己。

　　曾几何时记得苏格拉底说过一句话：“做人要知足，做事要知不足，做学问要不知足。大学是一个新的起点，今天的我已超过昨天的我，明天的我也必将超过今天”。是的，大学是我们练习振翅的地方，挑战自我，突破自我的地方。大学里除了要学到一定的知识外，更重要的是学习获得知识的能力，以及对事物的推理，对知识创新的能力。在大学里，我盟可以失败一千次一万次，但当走上社会一次的失败就会使我们很难再爬起来，大学里的失败就是为以后社会上的成功而积聚力量。蓝色的“多瑙河”不过是大学生活中的小插曲吧了，在犹豫的日子里我总是告诫自己要坚强地走过，不放弃，不哭泣，直到梦想实现的那一天，我不再祈求痛苦与挫折有所止境，唯独抱着一刻战胜困难的心，因为我明白，只要自己能够勇敢地踏出坚实的一步，用自己的聪明才智，靠自己的真实本领，才能做最真实的自己，做最好的自己。

　　驻足现在，展望未来，新的起点，新的征程，大学，让我们踏入了新的天地。

　　大学，是学习的天堂，是成长的殿堂，之收获的礼堂，我们最宝贵的时光在这度过，最珍贵的青春在这释放，有太多的最在这里发生在这片丰富的沃土上，我们只有用辛勤与努力来将至耕耘，唯有这样，我们才能再回首往事的时候，用精彩来为她代言。大学是宝贵而又短暂的，每个人都有自己的人生路线，让我们认定目标勇往直前吧!!

　　the east and the west, let’s enjoy the combination of the two cultures?

　　kipling said:“east is east, and west is west, and never the twain shall meet!” but now, a century later, they have met.

　　they have met in business. they have met in education. they have met in the arts. some people will argue that these meetings will leave us with a choice between east and west, but i believe that the best future lies in the creative combination of both worlds. we can make western ideas, customs and technology our own, and adapt them to our own use. we can enjoy the best of both worlds, because our tradition is, above all, one of selecting the best and making it our own.

　　i love beijing and hennan opera because it always reminds me of who i am. but i am also a fan of pop music, especially english songs. so i have combined eastern melody with western language. it is called western henna opera.

　　when two cultures meet, there may be things in one culture, which do not fit into the tradition of the other. when this happens, we need to learn to understand and respect the customs of another culture. then there are certain things some people may not like. to this, i will say, if you do not like it, please try to tolerate it. to learn to tolerate what you personally don’t like is a great virtue at a time when different cultures mix and merge. before us, there are two rivers, eastern and western cultures. at present, they may run in different courses. but eventually, they will converge into the vast sea of human culture.

　　right now, i can see peoples of eastern and western cultures, standing side by side, singing the olympic theme song: we are hand in hand, heart to heart, together we will shape a beautiful tomorrow! thank you!
